Join the Flip Dog Pilates Pilates Community

Our Flip Reformer x Flow class is a great place for all clients to start or for anyone to refine thier Pilates Reformer practice. We focus on the basic movements and principles of pilates, emphasizing proper alignment, breath control, and core engagement. Our clients will learn various exercises that target strength, flexibility, and stability, all while being guided by an experienced instructor.

Flip Reformer

Our Reformer class offers a unique blend of traditional and contemporary exercises on the Reformer class. This improves strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness.  Class is for all levels. 

Flip Reformer x Flow

We prioritize breath, form, alignment, and essential Pilates principles.  It is designed to help participants increase their range of motion, release tension, and enhance overall body strength and  flexibility. 

It's an excellent choice for advanced practitioners to deepen thier knowledge, beginners and those returning from pregnancy or injury, providing a nurturing environment to build strength and confidence.



Flip Reformer x Barre

A Barre and Reformer Combo class is a dynamic and challenging exercise session that combines the elements of both barre and reformer workouts. This gives you the best of both standing core strengthening and reformer. Class is for all levels. 

Flip Reformer x Fusion

A dynamic fusion of strength training, cardio and Pilates principles designed to empower your body and elevate your fitness journey. This innovative class combines the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the muscle-building techniques of heavy weight lifting, creating a balanced workout that enhances flexibility, stability, and overall strength.  Reformer experience is suggested. 

Personal Sessions

We provide one-on-one training sessions in 30, 50, and 60-minute durations, as well as semi-private training options. Additionally, you can enjoy a studio takeover, allowing you to rent the space with your preferred instructor! Click here for more information.
