Studio Information

What if I'm a new client?

We offer first class for $25 to our new clients. You can schedule on our website or in the Momence App. 

We also offer a 30 minute Private Session for you to get to know the studio for $60. Email flipdogdoylestown@gmail.com or call 215-740-4648 to schedule your private session. 


Do you have a Waitlist for classes?

If a class you want to take is full, please add yourself to the waitlist.Each waitlist holds 3 clients. Things always come up and people need to cancel so there is a good chance you will make it into the class.If you are on the waitlist we are assuming you plan to take the class if you get in, and you will automatically be added to class if a space opens up and charged, so please remove yourself if you are no longer able to make it. You can be added up to 2 hours before the class begins.

A note on waitlist: In Momence, when a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist, which means you'll be automatically added to the class if someone cancels their spot, with the first person on the list getting priority; however, you cannot book a class without credits, even if you are on the waitlist - you will need available credits in your account to be moved from the waitlist to a booked class spot when a space opens up. If you have no credits, you will be charged. 


What is your class and appointment cancellation policy?

In an effort to accomodate all of our clients, please try to maintain your schedule within the time conditions listed. This gives everyone a fair chance to get into the classes they would like to be in. 


Early Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and you are eligible to recieve back you full class credit. All changes must be made in the app/website. 


Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the class time are considered late cancellations and will result in loss of class credit. All changes must be made in the app/website. 


No Show: If you do not cancel your class AND you do not show up you will incur a $15 No Show fee. Please be considerate of clients on the waitlist and late cancel :) 


Private Sessions and Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or changes made within 3 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100%. 


Can I have a Cell Phone in class?

All cell phones should be put on silent upon entering the studio. We understand you may need to have your phone for work or personal reasons. If you need to keep it with you, it must be silent. Should you need to take an emergency call, we ask that you step outside to answer. 


Can children come to class?

Individuals under 14 years old are not allowed in the studio. Minors aged 14 to 17 can join classes with parents present. All minors must take a 30 minute private session with thier parent present in order to join classes. Must have parental or guardian consent through a waiver signed at the studio.  All clients must have thier own account. Private sessions are available for ages 14 +; however, participation in group classes may depend on individual suitability and is to the discretion of the instructor.
