What if I'm a new client?
We offer 2 classes for the price of 1, $30 to our new clients. You can schedule on our website or in the Momence App.
We also offer a 30 minute Private Session for you to get to know the studio for $50. Email flipdogdoylestown@gmail.com or call 215-740-4648 to schedule your private session.
Do you have a Waitlist for classes?
If a class you want to take is full, please add yourself to the waitlist.Each waitlist holds 3 clients. Things always come up and people need to cancel so there is a good chance you will make it into the class.If you are on the waitlist we are assuming you plan to take the class if you get in, and you will automatically be added to class if a space opens up and charged, so please remove yourself if you are no longer able to make it. You can be added up to 2 hours before the class begins.
What is your class and appointment cancellation policy?
In an effort to accomodate all of our clients, please try to maintain your schedule within the time conditions listed. This gives everyone a fair chance to get into the classes they would like to be in.
Early Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made before 12 hours of the booking time are considered early cancellations and you are eligible to recieve back you full class credit. All changes must be made in the app/website.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of the class time are considered late cancellations and will result in loss of class credit. All changes must be made in the app/website.
No Show: If you do not cancel your class AND you do not show up you will incur a $15 No Show fee. Please be considerate of clients on the waitlist and late cancel :)
Private Sessions and Coaching Sessions: Cancellations or changes made within 3 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100%.
Can I have a Cell Phone in class?
All cell phones should be put on silent upon entering the studio. We understand you may need to have your phone for work or personal reasons. If you need to keep it with you, it must be silent. Should you need to take an emergency call, we ask that you step outside to answer.

Game Planning Sessions These are one-off sessions to set you up for success on your own where you’ll be given a meal guide with personalized calories, macros, and recipes. You're given guidance on how to fit it into your life schedule and navigate any possible obstacles in your way, then sent off to implement the plan on your own.

Nutrition Coaching Intensive I also offer nutrition coaching with a first month intensive where we’ll track your food together, do text check-ins every day, zoom check-ins weekly with food education sessions. This program is meant to teach you exactly how to feed yourself for your goals, health-wise and appearance-related. The month will end in either a meal prepping session or grocery trip together using your new-found food knowledge. The preceding months will be maintenance months, still with 24/6 texting access to help keep you on track and navigate food choices, but with monthly zoom check-ins.

Nutrition Coaching Maintenance For the person who needs less support but still would benefit from daily coaching, there is the monthly zoom check-in option. Each month, we'll have coaching calls to plan around any events, vacations, or predicted off-track times, unpack any obstacles from the last month and brainstorm solutions moving forward, and go over new recipes and goals for the new month.
