Welcome to Flip Dog Pilates! I’m Tricia, and for over 30 years, I’ve been passionate about helping you transform your life through fitness. With a Kinesiology degree from Penn State and certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga, and Nutrition, I’m here to support your journey.
My journey began in Doylestown, leading classes in Pilates and Water Aerobics. In 2009, I moved to San Francisco as an International Pilates Instructor Trainer, traveling to exciting places like Bogotá and New York City to open studios and certify instructors.
At Flip Dog Pilates, I focus on creating a warm, supportive community where you can prioritize yourself. Life can be a juggling act of roles—professional, partner, parent, friend—leaving you feeling stretched thin. Here, you’ll find the energy, calm, and connection you seek.
Flip Dog Pilates is more than a fitness studio; it’s your path to reclaiming control and confidence. Our approach nurtures your mind-body connection, helping you feel steady and clear. You’ll gain tools and coaching to live a calm, capable life, ready to embrace what matters.
Outside the studio, I love adventuring with my husband, J.B., and our son, Cade. Join us at Flip Dog Pilates, and let’s empower each other to thrive together!.
Mary Cait (she/her) is a Bucks County native and graduate of Temple University. In 2012, she began a career in Social Work and found Pilates. The mind-body connection that Pilates provided, proved to be an incredible way to help process the challenges of her direct-service work with children through her position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. She loves the sense of wellness and community that group fitness can bring about when people feel good in their bodies, both physically and mentally! She decided to turn her passion for Pilates into a career when when she discovered the 450 hour Drexel University Pilates Training Program in 2022. She feels strongly that Pilates is gender inclusive, can be practiced at any age and is the perfect exercise medium for all physical abilities to find strength and increased mobility. When she isn’t at Flip Dog, she’s out exploring the world with her daughter, Winona, and her spouse, Andrew!
Hi, my name is Sonia and I live in Doylestown, PA with my husband and two growing boys. I am a Bucks county native. My husband moved from Philadelphia to Bucks county and we met entering our 5th grade year of elementary school in Southampton, PA. I discovered Pilates in high school. Over the years I took many mat classes at varying facilities. I love the focus, centering, intention and mindfulness that comes with the Pilates practice. I was introduced to reformer Pilates in 2019 while being in a transitional period with my former career in marketing/telecommunications. At that time I really fell in love with the practice and decided to become an instructor. At the end of 2019, I completed 500 hours of training and became a certified instructor. My training had both a classical and contemporary focus. Over the years, my journey has brought much more interest to the classical repertoire and I enjoy blending my classes with both methods.

I’m a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and Women’s Fitness Specialist with a Bachelor of Science from Pace University. At Flip Dog Pilates, I bring a unique blend of Pilates, strength training, and functional movement to help women move with purpose, power, and confidence.
My passion lies in empowering women through movement—helping them build strength, improve posture, and feel connected to their bodies. With a deep focus on hormone health and mobility, I create classes that support long-term wellness, body awareness, and resilience—on and off the reformer.
