I am excited to continue building this beautiful and supportive community at Flip Dog. I want you to come to the studio to take time for yourself. I belive in the power of community and that we can all empower each other to live our healthiest life.

When I'm not at the studio you can find me having fun on adventures with my husband, J.B. and my son, Cade.

Mary Cait Durnin

Mary Cait (she/her) is a Bucks County native and graduate of Temple University. In 2012, she began a career in Social Work and found Pilates. The mind-body connection that Pilates provided, proved to be an incredible way to help process the challenges of her direct-service work with children through her position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. She loves the sense of wellness and community that group fitness can bring about when people feel good in their bodies, both physically and mentally! She decided to turn her passion for Pilates into a career when when she discovered the 450 hour Drexel University Pilates Training Program in 2022. She feels strongly that Pilates is gender inclusive, can be practiced at any age and is the perfect exercise medium for all physical abilities to find strength and increased mobility. When she isn’t at Flip Dog, she’s out exploring the world with her daughter, Winona, and her spouse, Andrew!

Heather Olenski Hello, my name is Heather Olenski. I’ve lived in Bucks County my whole life. I currently reside in Warrington with my husband, Jason, our two children, Christian (11 years old) and Natalie (6 years old) and our two dogs, Lucky and Sadie. I studied dance at Point Park College in Pittsburgh. After graduating I was a dance teacher for 5 years. I then attended nursing school which led me to work in the area hospitals and homecare for the past 18 years. I’ve been taking Pilates at Flip Dog since 2016. I am looking forward to using my skills and knowledge from my dance background and sharing what I have learned from my time at Flip Dog. Aside from Pilates, my passions are my family, helping at the kids’ school, my dogs and spending time at the beach.

Maggie BradleY My name is Maggie Bradley! I'm a first-time mom living in Doylestown with my husband, Eric and our baby girl, June. We also have a golden retriever, Huck! I'm a CB West grad and went onto Misericordia University to study Psychology. I've been practicing yoga since I was in middle school and began Pilates when I was preparing for my wedding in 2021. I'm so excited to provide meaningful movement that will help others feel and look their best! I truly believe movement is medicine and found that to be true throughout my life. No matter what stage you are in, a daily dose of movement in bound to improve your day!

Brooke luff. Hi everyone, my name is Brooke Luff! I am a maternity/pediatric nurse at a local hospital and have been very passionate about health and movement for many years. As soon as I discovered Pilates I was hooked, it’s a wonderful way for me to clear my mind and move my body! I grew up in Bucks County and currently live up in Plumsteadville with my husband, Brenden, and our puppy dog, Dover. As a family we love to go on walks, go to our family’s mountain house in the fall and winter, and in the summer time we love to sit on the beach under an umbrella! But our all time favorite spot is our front porch at home :) I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in Pilates and bringing my own flow into practice! I look forward to meeting you!

Meg Trumbower Hi I am Meg, I was born and raised in Bucks County, and currently reside in Doylestown with my husband and our yellow lab Maggie. Our 7 adult children are living all over the country and thriving :) I played Division 1 soccer at Old Dominion University and I coached for the Philadephia Union Academy program. I have always been passionate about sports and fitness. Playing and coaching at a competitive level, instilled a passion in me to help improve the mental and physical health of others through fitness while improving their self esteem and confidence. I am excited to teach unique and challenging classes! Outside of training at FlipDog, I love spending time with my family, traveling, cooking and watching the PHILLIES!!! .

Erin Wells, Instructor and Wellness/nutrition Coach. I am a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who believes physical wellness needs to be obtained by treating the body and mind as a single entity. Oftentimes, traditional programs fail because they simply tell you to go to the gym and what not to eat, but they don’t spend time focusing on the most important aspect of any program: adherence.

Hi, my name is Sonia and I live in Doylestown, PA with my husband and two growing boys. I am a Bucks county native. My husband moved from Philadelphia to Bucks county and we met entering our 5th grade year of elementary school in Southampton, PA. I discovered Pilates in high school. Over the years I took many mat classes at varying facilities. I love the focus, centering, intention and mindfulness that comes with the Pilates practice. I was introduced to reformer Pilates in 2019 while being in a transitional period with my former career in marketing/telecommunications. At that time I really fell in love with the practice and decided to become an instructor. At the end of 2019, I completed 500 hours of training and became a certified instructor. My training had both a classical and contemporary focus. Over the years, my journey has brought much more interest to the classical repertoire and I enjoy blending my classes with both methods.
