With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Tricia brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as the owner of her studio. She holds a degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University and has further enhanced her expertise with multiple certifications, including those from the Pilates Institute of America, My Vinyasa Yoga, Precision Nutrition and Wellness Coaching, and AFAA Personal Training and Group Exercise. Additionally, she has completed specialized studies in both mat and reformer Pilates through Balanced Body.
Tricia's philosophy centers around creating a warm community where control and confidence thrive. She believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to transform their lives, which is reflected in her approach to fitness and wellness.
