Choose from 30 or 45-minute sessions or opt for our semi-private training options to find the perfect fit for your needs. Each session is tailored to keep your goals at the forefront while enhancing your mind-body connection and control. For a truly extraordinary experience, consider our studio takeover, where you can rent the space with your preferred instructor!
We offer the Following Private Training Sessions:
- Reformer Pilates
- Strength Training with weights and various equipment
New Client Private Training Session
If you're new to Reformer Pilates, we recommend starting with our New Client Private Training Session. This in-studio session begins with an overview of our reformer and studio policies, followed by 15-20 minutes of foundational exercises tailored to your needs.
Session Scheduling
Private training sessions can be scheduled around our regular group class times:
- Monday to Friday: 12 PM - 5 PM, 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM - 1 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM - 2 PM
Availability is subject to instructor schedules.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment is due upon booking, and a payment link will be provided.
- New clients will need to share their full name, email, and phone number to set up an account in our scheduling system, Momence.
- A 12-hour cancellation notice is required; cancellations made within this window will incur a 100% loss of your appointment credit.

New Client Private Training:
- 30-Minute New Client Session: $65
- Semi-Private Session: Additional $35 per person.
Regular Session Pricing:
- 30-Minute Sessions:
- Single Session: $75
- Semi-Private: Each additional person: $35
- 45-Minute Sessions:
- Single Session: $110
- Semi-Private: Each additional person: $35
Studio Takeover
This is a unique 50 minute class designed to foster camaraderie and connection among colleagues, friends, or teammates. This engaging and supportive environment is perfect for office staff, sports teams, or special celebrations, allowing participants to explore Pilates together in a private setting.
In this all levels class, participants will familiarize themselves with Pilates equipment, guided by experienced instructors who provide personalized attention and encouragement. Designed specifically for beginners, the smaller group size (minimum 6, maximum 8 for reformer classes and up to 16 for circuit-style sessions) ensures ample hands-on guidance and a welcoming atmosphere. We can customize the expereince for you and your crew!
