Private Training, Studio takeover, 21 day Wellness Training

Experience personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to your fitness and wellness journey! Choose from 30 or 45-minute sessions, or opt for semi-private training options that best suit your needs. Each session is crafted to keep your goals at the forefront while enhancing your mind-body connection and control. For a truly unique experience, consider our studio takeover, where you can rent the space with your preferred instructor! 


Private Training Details:

Our private sessions can be scheduled around regular class times, with availability primarily on Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 5 PM and at 7:30 PM, as well as Saturdays from 11 AM to 1 PM and Sundays from 12 PM to 2 PM.

Cancellation Policy: All appointments require a three-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellations made within this window will incur a 100% charge.


Session Pricing:

- 30-Minute Sessions:

Single Session: $65 for one person

Semi-Private: Each additional person: +$35


- 45-Minute Sessions:

Single Session: $100 for one person

Semi-Private: Each additional person: +$35


- Stretch Sessions: 

20-Minute One-on-One Stretch Sessions on the reformer: $45


- Studio Takeover: 

For $450, enjoy a private 40-minute class with your choice of instructor for you and up to 7 friends! You select the music, bring the refreshments, and we provide the fun workout! You'll have time to hang afteer your class!

Flip Fit 21 Day Wellness Coaching

If you seek daily motivation to reach your goals, join our Flip Fit 21-Day Wellness Coaching Program. This reset is designed to kickstart healthy habits in diet, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness, helping you foster lasting behavioral changes and regain control over your health and well-being. 

Led by our owner and Certified Precision Nutirtion Wellness Coach, Tricia Scheeler. 


The program emphasizes a holistic approach, covering daily goals for nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness techniques, and self-care rituals. 


Upon registration, you will receive preparatory emails, a kick- off call with Tricia, and weekly assignments to ensure you stay engaged and motivated. The program also includes recipes, meal suggestions, workouts, and ongoing daily support.
