Private Training and Flip Fit 21 Day Wellness Coaching

We offer personalized one-on-one training sessions in 30 and 45-minute durations, along with semi-private training options to suit your needs. Each session is tailored specifically to your fitness and wellness journey, ensuring that your goals—along with enhancing your mind-body connection and control—are front and center.  


For a truly exclusive experience, consider our studio takeover, where you can rent the space with your preferred instructor!

If you are looking for a more daily motivation to meet your goals. We offer our Flip Fit 21 Day Wellness Caoching Program. This reset is designed to kickstart healthy habits in diet, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness, fostering lasting behavioral changes and taking back control of your health and well-being. 


PRIVATE TRAINING

Our private sessions can be scheduled around our regular class times. Most availbility is Monday- Friday between 12-5pm and at 7:30pm. Saturdays 11am- 1pm. Sundays 12-2pm.

All appointments have a 3 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled in this window will be charged 100%.


30 minute sessions

Single Session is 

$65 for one person


Semi Private: each additional person is +$30 


45 minute sessions

Single Session is 

$100 for one person


Semi Private: each additional person is +$30


Stretch Sessions

We also offer 20 minute one on one STRETCH only sessions on the reformer. $45


Studio takeover for $400

Flip Fit 21 Day Wellness Coaching

Join our  21-Day Wellness Coaching Program, led by our owner and Certified Precision Nutirtion Wellness Coach, Tricia Scheeler. This reset is designed to kickstart healthy habits in diet, exercise, stress management, and mindfulness, fostering lasting behavioral changes and taking back control of your health and well-being. 


The program emphasizes a holistic approach, covering daily goals for nutrition, physical activity, mindfulness techniques, and self-care rituals. 


Upon registration, you will receive preparatory emails, a kick- off call with Tricia, and weekly assignments to ensure you stay engaged and motivated. The program also includes recipes, meal suggestions, workouts, and ongoing daily support.

Register with friends and you each get $50 off the program and can mootivate each other!
