Dive into a dynamic fusion of strength training, cardio, and Pilates principles designed to empower your body and elevate your fitness journey! This innovative class seamlessly blends the core-strengthening benefits of Pilates with the muscle-building techniques of heavy weight lifting, creating a balanced workout that enhances flexibility, stability, and overall strength. While reformer experience is suggested, all participants will feel challenged and inspired as they push their limits.
We provide one-on-one training sessions in 3o and 45 durations, as well as semi-private training options. Additionally, you can enjoy a studio takeover, allowing you to rent the space with your preferred instructor!
