My hobbies are Family, ( that's hobby?) Friends new and old. Exercise in general but passionate about Running/Biking /Hiking/Skiing and my love of the Dave Matthews Band.
Tricia's been teaching fun, motivating fitness classes for over 25 years. She has a degree in Kinesiolgy and multiple fitness certifications. She spent 9 years in San Francisco teaching and training instructors on cardio based pilates and barre methods. She loves to create an upbeat and energetic class and empower people to live their healthiest life!
As a child and teenager Susan was trained as a classical ballet dancer. She has practiced pilates over 10 years. Susan enjoys the pilates benefits, strength, muscle tone and correct posture for the entire body. She is AFAA certified in Mat Pilates and currently working towards her Reformer Bed Pilates Certification.
