Hi! I’m Tricia!
I graduated with a Kinesiology degree from Penn State University. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Instructor. I am also a Certified Precision Nutrition Health and Nutrition Coach.
I have worked with clients in the fitness industry for 30 years teaching many types of workouts.
Pilates has always been the foundation of all of my classes.
I began my fitness career In Doylestown teaching Pilates, Water Aerobics, and Personal Training. In 2009 I moved to San Francisco with my husband. There I was an International Pilates Instructor Trainer. I had the incredible opportunity to travel and help open studios by certifying instructors in a Pilates and Barre program that I helped to create.
When I moved back to Doylestown with my family, I took a class with Vicki at Flip Dog and we instantly clicked! I began teaching with her soon after. I am excited to continue building this beautiful and supportive community at Flip Dog.
When I'm not at the studio you can find me having fun on adventures with my husband, J.B. and my son, Cade.
Mary Cait (she/her) is a Bucks County native and graduate of Temple University. In 2012, she began a career in Social Work and found Pilates. The mind-body connection that Pilates provided, proved to be an incredible way to help process the challenges of her direct-service work with children through her position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. She loves the sense of wellness and community that group fitness can bring about when people feel good in their bodies, both physically and mentally! She decided to turn her passion for Pilates into a career when when she discovered the 450 hour Drexel University Pilates Training Program in 2022. She feels strongly that Pilates is gender inclusive, can be practiced at any age and is the perfect exercise medium for all physical abilities to find strength and increased mobility. When she isn’t at Flip Dog, she’s out exploring the world with her daughter, Winona, and her spouse, Andrew!
Hello, I'm Danielle Shiffler! I'm a AFAA Primary Group Exercise Instructor and have been teaching strength training, HIIT, full-body workouts, and mobility classes since 2012. My journey in the fitness world has always been fueled by a genuine passion for exercise, but more importantly, it's driven by my commitment to helping others discover their best selves—both inside and out.
A proud Penn State graduate, I've called Bucks County home for five decades. I am also a mother of five beautiful children, who keep me plenty active! Four of them are either Penn State alums or currently rocking the Nittany Lion pride, so tailgating is a family tradition! (still waiting on the last one!) Outside the gym, you'll catch me listening to podcasts, strolling with my pup, or spending time with my family and friends. If the sun's shining, you bet I'm outdoors soaking it all in. In my classes, I strive to create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
