Hi! I’m Tricia!
I graduated with a Kinesiology degree from Penn State University. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and Yoga Instructor.
I have worked with clients in the fitness industry for 30 years teaching many types of workouts. Pilates has always been the foundation of all of my classes.
I began my fitness career In Doylestown teaching Pilates, Water Aerobics, and Personal Training. In 2009 I moved to San Francisco with my husband. There I was an International Pilates Instructor Trainer. I had the incredible opportunity to travel and help open studios by certifying instructors in a Pilates and Barre program that I helped to create.
When I moved back to Doylestown with my family, I took a class with Vicki at Flip Dog and we instantly clicked! I began teaching with her soon after. I am excited to continue building this beautiful and supportive community at Flip Dog. When I'm not at the studio you can find me having fun on adventures with my husband, J.B. and my son, Cade.

Vicki Cross. I've spent the last 30 years helping people meet their conditioning goals. My experience spans personal training, fitness counseling, Pilates-mat and reformer bed and Yoga. I help my clients make working out a regular, engaging, and fun part of their daily lives. Certifications: • IM=X Pilates Reformer Bed Certified 2004 .Additional Certifications: AFAA Personal Training, Fitness Counseling, Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga 2000 • Johnny G Spinning Certified 1995 • Professional Ski Instructors Association (PSIA) Level I 2008• BA in Communications/Pennsylvania State University 1982 . My hobbies are Family, ( that's hobby?) Friends new and old. Exercise in general but passionate about Running/Biking /Hiking/Skiing and my love of the Dave Matthews Band.
Mary Cait (she/her) is a Bucks County native and graduate of Temple University. In 2012, she began a career in Social Work and found Pilates. The mind-body connection that Pilates provided, proved to be an incredible way to help process the challenges of her direct-service work with children through her position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. She loves the sense of wellness and community that group fitness can bring about when people feel good in their bodies, both physically and mentally! She decided to turn her passion for Pilates into a career when when she discovered the 450 hour Drexel University Pilates Training Program in 2022. She feels strongly that Pilates is gender inclusive, can be practiced at any age and is the perfect exercise medium for all physical abilities to find strength and increased mobility. When she isn’t at Flip Dog, she’s out exploring the world with her daughter, Winona, and her spouse, Andrew!
Janine Lahr is an ACE certified Mind/Body Specialist, fitness instructor, master trainer, and creative consultant, working in the health and wellness industry for 30 years. She has worked as a Fitness Director for Norwegian Cruise Lines, a Group Fitness Manager with NYC Equinox Health Clubs, and as a Master Trainer for Reebok. Although she has extensive experience in the fitness industry, her love of movement started at the age of 4 when her parents enrolled her in the Eleanor Durkin’s School of Dance on Long Island, where she was raised. Janine’s adventurous side made her eager to travel in her 20’s and while working on a cruise ship in Alaska one summer, she discovered yoga and began her journey to connect dance, fitness and mindfulness into her work. The influence of all three is evident in her approach when designing & teaching her method. And her joy of movement is contagious.
Now residing in Doylestown with her husband and two young girls, she is excited to be a part of the Flip Dog team and looking forward to meeting you in her next class.
