Karin Eisen
has always been active and enjoys working out.  Yoga and Pilates together are a great combination that keeps me in top shape to enjoy all the things that she want to do, like cycling, surfing and snowboarding. She started practicing Pilates several years before instructing. I enjoyed it so much that I became certified in IMX Pilates in 2006.  Besides being a great workout, I have found Pilates to be the exercises I go to when I need to rehabilitate an injury, or strengthen a particular body part for a particular sport.
